About Cleared Hot Fishing

My name is Frank Haidusek and I am a full-time fishing guide based out of Newton, Kansas. I was raised to fish from Weekends below Truman Dam to fishing tournaments all over the country and it has been my #1 outdoor passion. With being a teacher/instructor in the military I found a love to teach people as well and what led me to form my business of guiding. After completing 20 years in the Air Force I started fishing the tournament trails with the same seriousness I had in sports and the military.  I have won a tournament in four different National Crappie trails, Crappie Masters, Crappie USA, American Crappie Trail and the National Crappie League. I won the Crappie USA Classic on Lake Hartwell, SC in 2021 as well as National Points Champions and was named the American Crappie Trails Sportsman of the Year in 2022. In the last couple of years I have transitioned to guiding more and fishing local tournaments which allows me to spend more time with my wife, kids and grandkids. I am aslo involved in Fishing Shows and have been in several magazines from In-Fishermen, Wired2Fish, Crappie Now  and local papers. Each person that hires me I will do my best to meet their needs of anything fishing related from how to read graphs to finding monster fish.  Just let me know what you want from your guide trip.
